NCIM in Brussels is seeking an experienced Account Executive (CDT) to act as the primary customer contact for service discussions, strategic engagement, and escalations. The role coordinates requests, proposals, project reporting, purchase orders, and invoicing while maintaining relationships with sponsors and NCIA stakeholders.

The candidate should have five years of related experience and a strong background in project- and service-management, with NATO-related programme exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least five years of related experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of project-management principles.
• Strong knowledge of service-management principles.
• Experience in in-service support planning.
• Experience developing, acquiring, implementing, or sustaining major Command and Control systems or programmes.
• Experience preparing, managing, and promoting service proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and briefing skills.
• Excellent reporting abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with project-planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary customer contact for service discussions, strategic engagement, and escalations.
• Manage business intake.
• Monitor the development of price proposals for PoWs and UCRs.
• Track requests throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress and status updates to sponsors.
• Participate in project-status reviews covering PoWs, UCRs, and CRFs.
• Coordinate Project Highlight Reports.
• Ensure that Project Highlight Reports are released on time.
• Coordinate project-closure activities.
• Ensure customer purchase orders are received on time.
• Coordinate with Finance to issue invoices according to the relevant agreements.
• Manage relationships with sponsors and NCIA stakeholders.
• Resolve issues affecting customers, sponsors, or project requests.
• Ensure customer requests are assigned to the appropriate parties.
• Follow up to ensure requests are answered promptly.
