Subdued in Antwerp is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and oversee daily operations. You will ensure the store achieves its commercial and operational goals, maintain great customer experiences, and uphold company standards in merchandising and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Store Manager experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and is based in Antwerp or nearby.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a big plus.
• At least 6 months of experience as Store Manager in retail, fashion sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Preferably living in Antwerp or surrounding area.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise the store team.
• Mentor and train staff per Subdued guidelines.
• Organize daily staff schedules and activities.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Manage cash-handling operations and reports.
• Ensure store layout and visual merchandising meet standards.
• Support team to deliver excellent customer experience and hit sales targets.
