Market Direct Distribution in Belgium is seeking a Store Manager for our Wavre location. This on-site role oversees daily store operations, staff scheduling, training, inventory, merchandising, pricing, and customer service to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will manage cash handling, loss prevention, health and safety compliance, analyze sales reports, and collaborate with management to hit revenue and customer-satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Store Management, including team supervision, operational oversight, and inventory control.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service focus, with a welcoming in-store experience.
• Effective Communication with customers, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention, minimizing shrinkage and ensuring procedures.
• Retail or food service experience, ideally in a supervisory/management role.
• Ability to work on-site in Wavre, with weekends/holidays/extended hours as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for decisions under pressure.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and common office software.

Responsabilités
