We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Antwerp.

The role

Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you are part of the retail team and report to Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed. Your responsibilities are mainly situated around three pillars:

• Management
• You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.
• Company strategy
• You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyaly.
• You ensure increasing sales figures.
• You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.
• Administrative & financial management
• You are responsible for the inventories.
• You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management.
• You manage all the administration related to your team.

In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.
