Quantum is seeking a senior storage solutions specialist in Belgium to lead the positioning, technical sales, and design of storage solutions across Enterprise, Finance, Research, Education, Government, and more. You will act as a subject matter expert on Quantum solutions for unstructured data, guiding implementations and ensuring optimal performance.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in English and German.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years in tech-support.
Strong knowledge in enterprise storage solutions across primary, secondary, and hybrid storage technologies.
Experience with VTL and NAS products; familiarity with backup apps like NetBackup/Backup Exec, EMC Networker or CommVault.

Responsabilités

Serve as a subject matter expert and technical support on Quantum solutions for unstructured data management and media workflows.
Demonstrates problem-solving and troubleshooting with documented procedures and urgent customer needs.
Collaborate with product engineering to provide feedback for solution improvement.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and build relationships; coordinate with partners.
Lead the design of innovative storage solutions across defined market verticals and align with customer outcomes.
Promote teamwork and uphold high standards of personal performance and ethical conduct.
Participate in the Weekend Oncall rotation.
