Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Stock Operator in Brussels to bridge the stockroom and the sales floor, collaborating with the Store Manager and Stock Manager.

You will ensure efficient replenishment, accurate tagging, and well-organized stock areas while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will train teammates on stock guidelines, maintain visual merchandising standards, and adapt quickly to store demands, all while upholding LS&Co.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management or retail replenishment.
• Ability to organize stockroom and assist on the shop floor.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Review store sales and KPI's to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
• Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
• Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
• Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted and tagged on the floor and in the stock room
• Organize and maintain the stockroom
• Provide shop floor support to the team
• Passionate about the brand and living our values
• Can think strategically, work flexibly and drive change
• Adapt quickly to meet the store operational demands
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure, be very organised and keep to deadlines
• Work equally as efficient when working in a team & alone
