Levi Strauss & Co. in Belgium is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering KPI targets, maximizing profitability and maintaining store standards.

You will help manage day-to-day operations, stock, payroll, and customer service, while mentoring the team to deliver great service. This role offers exposure to brand values, strong visual standards, and opportunities to lead in the Store Manager's absence, with a focus on training, product knowledge, and showroom

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team.
• Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in managing store operations, stock and admin duties.
• Ability to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs.
