McBride invites a Master’s or engineering student to join a Lean Management internship in Estaimpuis, Belgium. You will contribute to high-impact projects including visual management, standardisation, and 5S deployment, while gaining hands-on experience in autonomous maintenance and production changeover optimization (SMED).

This role offers real autonomy in projects and collaboration with multiple plant services within an international group, delivering valuable industry experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree or an engineering cycle.
• Interest in Lean Management within an industrial environment.
• Availability for a field internship at Estaimpuis, Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to lean projects such as visual management and standardisation.
• Participate in 5S deployment and autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Support production changeover optimization (SMED) and continuous improvement.
