n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a Staff Architect to shape core platform architecture across execution, infrastructure, and frontend platform. You will align two Core Platform teams and set durable, scalable foundations that enable 80+ engineers to build confidently in cloud and self-hosted deployments.

Qualifications

• Staff-level ownership of architecture across multiple systems or teams.
• Experience with migrations, re-architectures, or large platform initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking, invariants and fault tolerance.

Responsabilités

• Define and steer core platform architecture across multiple teams.
• Lead durable backend foundations and scalable data architectures.
• Mentor engineers and drive RFCs, design reviews, and platform contracts.
