Job summary

Mulder Natural Foods NV is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to uphold and enhance the uptime of our production machinery. You will perform start-ups, repairs, and routine maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, a technical background in electromechanics or electrical engineering, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Technical education in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Willingness to work in two shifts (Mon-Fri, 5:00-13:00 and 13:00-21:00).
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Starting up, repairing, and maintaining machines.
• Ensuring the operational availability of production machinery and technical installations.
• Planning and carrying out interventions and preventive maintenance on machines.
• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the machinery fleet.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Monitoring and inspecting proper functioning of production equipment.
• Contributing to the preventive maintenance program for the machinery fleet.
• Complying with safety regulations and standards related to machine maintenance.
• Maintaining and updating maintenance logs and records.
• Supporting operators with installation and start-up of production lines.
• Assisting in development and expansion of machinery fleet/production equipment.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Starting up, repairing, and maintaining machines
• Ensuring the operational availability of production machinery and technical installations

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, enabling you to take quick and effective action.
• Experience with machine installations, production line start-ups, and continuous improvement projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and maintenance documentation.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (Monday to Friday: 5:00-13:00 and 13:00-21:00) in a production environment.
