Job summary

Legend Biotech seeks a payroll administrator to manage personnel records, ensure payroll accuracy, and support HR processes in Belgium. You will collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline time registration and onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for payroll, social law, and time registration inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor Belgian social and labor legislation updates, participate in audits, improve workflows, and ensure compliance.

What can you expect?

• Payroll and administration: You will oversee personnel administration, ensuring data accuracy in all HR systems. You will manage time and attendance systems, resolve issues, and process payroll accurately and on time. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve discrepancies while preparing monthly reports and ad hoc requests
• Collaboration and employee support: You will act as the main contact for payroll, social law, and time registration inquiries. By working closely with HR and other departments, you will enhance efficiency and support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Compliance and process improvement: You will monitor and integrate updates in social, fiscal, and labor law into payroll activities. Your role includes participating in audits, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with all standards

Who are we looking for?

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll or HR administration.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a production environment

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and English, enabling clear communication across teams.
