Qualifications

• Preferably experience within a BioTech / BioPharma company.
• Dutch knowledge is a nice to have.

Overview

Within the IT team we’re looking for a colleague to join the team. Here we’re looking for a colleague to be the first contact for all business application support and needs, while bringing alignment, guidance and clarity as we roll out the strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: You ensure alignment across IT teams in the US, EU, and with our external partners. You keep stakeholders informed and focused on shared goals and responsibilities
• Strategic implementation: You build strong relationships with business stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment to help achieve key milestones
• Project Delivery: You lead system enhancements, upgrades, and validation activities across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, MES, QMS, and others.
• Direct Reports: You help the team develop their skills. As their direct report you ensure they have clear insight into what is expected from them, help them achieve their targets and support them where needed. (2-3 direct reports).

Who are we looking for?

Must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, …
• A minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role, within a cGMP environment. Preferably a BioTech / BioPharma company.
• Strong technical knowledge about IT applications, such as SAP, MES, LIMS, …
• Strong communication skills: assertive, willingness to drive conversations and find common ground.
• Ability to build deep understanding of the businesses challenges and processes.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

Nice to have:

• Dutch knowledge is a nice to have.
