Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a senior product leader to define strategies for single-use mixing solutions, manage the global portfolio, and guide lifecycle decisions. You will influence pricing, promotion, and quality while collaborating with Global Product Marketing to drive growth and NPI success.

The role requires deep life sciences expertise, 8+ years in product management/marketing, and experience in biopharmaceutical development. Remote-friendly with international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related life science discipline.
• Bio-pharmaceutical development/R&D experience in Biopharmaceutical industry.
• 8+ years’ experience in product management, product marketing, product development or related field.
• Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management,
• Life Sciences product/industry/technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for single-use mixing solutions and identify market opportunities.
• Create and manage the portfolio plan and roadmap, aligning with global segments.
• Provide input to business cases for early-stage products and prototype ideas.
• Set annual direction for pricing, promotion, quality and business improvements.

What you will do:

• + Develop Product Strategies for single-use mixing solutions – Identify market opportunities, assess competition, write business cases and establish the product strategies and roadmaps.
• + Create, maintain and manage the business portfolio plan and roadmap for single-use mixing solutions – Prioritizing and mapping global customer segments, working with Field Marketing on demand creation activities to achieve NPI and business objectives.
• + Oversight of product strategy – Providing input to business cases for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Global Product Marketing to develop, test and prototype new product ideas.
• + Integral through all stages of product lifecycle – Sets annual direction for pricing, promotion, quality and business improvements, and provides direction to Product Marketing team for integrating key growth strategies into campaigns for the single-use mixing portfolio. Plans and manages portfolio rationalization.
• + Operational involvement by actively tracking and analyzing global sales growth, gross margins, supply issues, quality issues, etc. and understand customer needs through face-to-face interaction, research and market data analysis.

Who you are:

• + Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related life science discipline
• + Bio-pharmaceutical development/R&D experience in Biopharmaceutical industry.
• + 8+ years’ experience in product management, product marketing, product development or related field
• + Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management,
• + Life Sciences product/industry/technical acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

• + MBA preferred
