Job summary

EY Consulting's Space team seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver multidisciplinary advisory in space policy, downstream space markets and the economics of the sector for European institutions and agencies. You will work with diverse teams and contribute to proposals, client-facing deliverables and junior staff development.

You will combine quantitative and qualitative analysis with stakeholder engagement, lead task streams, and translate evidence into practical recommendations for space policy

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in market and economic consultancy or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in economic and/or market analysis in the space sector is a plus.
• Master's degree in business, economics, and/or engineering.
• Experience coordinating project teams, including partners, experts and internal teams.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Experience writing and contributing to winning bids for public-sector clients is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined tasks and workstreams within complex consulting engagements, implementing agreed methodologies and coordinating day-to-day delivery activities.
• Deliver evidence-based outputs on time and to the satisfaction of public-sector clients in the space domain.
• Coordinate desk research, stakeholder consultations and data-analysis activities.
• Produce high-quality reports, market assessments, policy studies, presentations and client-ready deliverables.
• Monitor scope, deadlines, dependencies and quality across assigned workstreams.
