Telespazio Belgium is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to lead the design, operation, and improvement of local IT systems and cybersecurity controls. You will ensure ongoing support for business operations while coordinating with Group IT and external providers.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong Windows/M365 expertise, and fluency in English. Belgium-based with on-site responsibilities; ASAP start and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a comparable role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, endpoint management, backup and recovery, virtualization, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability and patch management, access control, endpoint protection, incident response, and secure infrastructure configuration.
• Experience providing remote and on-site end-user support and managing incidents, service requests, SLAs.
• Experience managing IT suppliers, licenses, assets, procurement activities, and budget-related processes.
• Proven ability to operate independently as a local IT point of contact while collaborating with Group IT functions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder-management, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota and provide support outside standard hours.
• Relevant Microsoft, networking, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Govern IT governance, strategy, SLAs, and align local architecture with Group standards.
• Provide user support across helpdesk channels and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Design, operate, and maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, and services.
• Support cybersecurity policies, audits, and incident management.
• Assist budgeting, procurement, and supplier management for IT assets.
• Coordinate with Group IT and act as local interface for governance and harmonisation initiatives.
• Participate in on-call duties and handle complex incidents as needed.
