The Hotel Brussels in Brussels is seeking a SPA Therapist and Executive Intern to deliver facial and body treatments with CODAGE protocols and to contribute to the spa's operational, commercial, and financial performance.

You will learn CODAGE treatments, manage reservations, coordinate staff schedules, assist with inventory and invoicing, and work closely with the hotel team to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Completing a diploma with an internship agreement: schools for aesthetics, cosmetology or wellness.
• Strong service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality.
• Discretion, courtesy and confidentiality.
• Rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Deliver facial and body treatments according to spa protocols.
• Contribute to operational, commercial and financial performance of the spa.
• Manage spa reservations and booking systems (MEWS and Spa Booker).
• Organize CODAGE training sessions for therapists.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Oversee invoicing, reconciliation and spa P&L responsibility.
