WLG is seeking an engineering professional to join a real-time intelligence platform used by defence, national-security and NATO-aligned organisations across Europe. You will design pipelines, ontology and operator-facing apps in Palantir Foundry, owning the solution end-to-end from concept to deployment, often in restricted environments.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry work: pipelines, ontology, Compute Modules, Code Repositories and Workbooks, application development.
• Fluency in at least one of Python, Java, SQL, TypeScript or JavaScript, Bash, Go.
• Three years or more of professional software or forward-deployed / solutions engineering, shipping systems into production.
• Ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar platform architecture and data models and assess impact on operators.
• Experience with containers (Docker or Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes or OpenShift), plus solid Linux/networking fundamentals.
• Comfort with communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilités

• Sitting with defence and security users to understand key needs in situational awareness and force protection.
• Designing, building and deploying on Palantir Foundry — data pipelines, ontology models and operator-facing applications.
• Bringing live intelligence into workflows and command-and-control tooling used by operators.
• Building and tuning custom widgets to meet user needs.
• Owning end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision and sound technical judgement.
• Debugging across stack — infrastructure, networking, application, often in restricted environments.
• Serving as the technical adviser to customer engineers and operators and feeding feedback into the product.
• Traveling to customer sites and operations centres in Europe, roughly a quarter to three quarters of the time.
