Hybrid Brandz, the brand management unit of Hybrid Software in Belgium, seeks a Technical Bridge QA Engineer. You will ensure software quality before market release and provide expert support to global installations.

You will design manual and automated tests, support Artflow users, and translate complex tech into clear documentation while partnering with developers and product managers to prevent issues early in the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Graphic Media, or proven QA Engineer experience.
• Experience with Artwork Management or packaging prepress automation.
• Comfort with Microsoft Azure or AWS environments.
• Strong analytical, service-oriented mindset and English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute manual and automated tests as the main gatekeeper of quality.
• Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for Artflow users and coordinate with Solution Architects.
• Create clear technical documentation and API references for users and developers.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to catch issues early in development.
