Hawksworth in Ghent is seeking a QA / 1st & 2nd Line Support professional for a SaaS/cloud platform within the packaging and labeling industry. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the Ghent office.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of QA and technical support experience. Dutch and English are preferred but not mandatory, and the incumbent will join a global software business focused on workflow automation and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years QA and Tech Support experience
• Industry experience in packaging/labeling is preferred
• Hybrid Ghent office with 2–3 days onsite
• Fluency in Dutch and English is advantageous but not required
