Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex IT environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Solid knowledge of microservices and API-based architectures.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture, including containers.
• Experience with technologies such as .NET and Angular.
• Knowledge of Cosmos DB / NoSQL is an advantage.
• Experience with Logic Apps is a plus.
• Strong end-to-end solution architecture skills and holistic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Solution Architect

Location: Brussels, Belgium

This is an opportunity for an architect who enjoys working across the full solution lifecycle, connecting business requirements with technology and taking a holistic approach to architecture.

What you'll do

• Define and implement end-to-end solution architectures for complex technology initiatives.
• Support the implementation of new Communication and Content domains and the modernisation of existing systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to architecture and solution design.
• Design solutions based on microservices, APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Work with Azure and cloud technologies, including container-based environments.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency and feasibility.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across applications, integrations, data and infrastructure.
• Help bridge business requirements and technical implementation through a global, holistic view of the solution.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Functional Architect / IT Architect in complex IT environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Solid knowledge of microservices and API-based architectures.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture, including containers.
• Experience with modern application technologies such as .NET and Angular.
• Knowledge of Cosmos DB / NoSQL is an advantage.
• Experience with Logic Apps is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture and the ability to take a holistic view of complex systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Good command of English, French and Dutch (Mandatory).
