Guldberg Brüssel sucht einen Solution Architect (m/w/d) zur Gestaltung robuster IT-Architekturen. Sie analysieren fachliche und technische Anforderungen, erarbeiten Architekturkonzepte und beraten Stakeholder zu Technologien, Prinzipien und Best Practices.

Sie evaluieren Technologien, sichern Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit der Lösungen, unterstützen den gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus und koordinieren mit Entwicklern, Projektmanagern und externen Partnern. Reisebereitschaft ca. 50%.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Softwareentwicklung oder Systemarchitektur.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner IT-Architekturen (Cloud, Microservices, API-Design, Integration).
• Verständnis gängiger Technologien und Frameworks je nach Anwendungsgebiet.
• Erfahrung mit Architekturmethoden und Standards (TOGAF, UML, C4).
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu kommunizieren.
• Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Reisebereitschaft ca. 50% der Zeit.

Responsabilités

• Analyse von fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen und Ableitung geeigneter Lösungsarchitekturen.
• Erstellung von Architekturkonzepten, technischen Entwürfen und Standards.
• Beratung interner Stakeholder zu Technologien, Architekturprinzipien und Best Practices.
• Evaluierung und Auswahl geeigneter Technologien, Plattformen und Systemkomponenten.
• Sicherstellung technischer Qualität, Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Wartbarkeit der Lösung.
• Unterstützung des gesamten Softwarelebenszyklus – von Planung und Umsetzung bis Betrieb.
• Koordination und Abstimmung mit Entwicklungsteams, Projektmanagern und externen Partnern.
• Durchführung von Architektur-Reviews und Risikobewertungen.
• Dokumentation von Architekturentscheidungen und relevanten technischen Artefakten.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Projektplänen.

Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Analysis of functional and technical requirements and derivation of suitable solution architectures
• Creation of architecture concepts, technical designs, and standards
• Advising internal stakeholders on technologies, architecture principles, and best practices
• Evaluation and selection of suitable technologies, platforms, and system components
• Ensuring the technical quality, scalability, security, and maintainability of the solution
• Supporting the entire software life cycle – from planning and implementation to operation
• Coordinating and liaising with development teams, project managers, and external partners
• Conducting architecture reviews and risk analyses
• Documenting architecture decisions and relevant technical artifacts
• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and project plans

Your qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in software development or system architecture
• In-depth knowledge of modern IT architectures (e.g., cloud, microservices, API design, integration)
• Understanding of common technologies and frameworks depending on the area of application
• Experience with architecture methods and standards (e.g., TOGAF, UML, C4 model)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
• Structured, analytical mindset and high quality awareness
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel approx. 50% of the time
