Projective Group Talent is seeking an experienced architect to lead end-to-end onboarding initiatives for a major Belgian bank. You will own architectural decisions, align business, compliance and IT, and ensure scalable, regulatory-compliant solutions across multi-country environments.

You'll work with business, KYC, compliance and IT teams, and participate in Talent Academy & Traineeships. A competitive salary, mobility budget, vouchers and coaching support your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French a plus.
• Solid understanding of banking processes, KYC and onboarding.
• Experience in solution/enterprise architecture in complex IT.
• Strong analytical thinking balancing business and tech.
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyse end-to-end onboarding flows and define architectural approaches.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, regulatory requirements and IT solutions.
• Own data lineage, orchestration and key architectural decision points.
• Design and support modular onboarding journeys and integration patterns.
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders across business, compliance and IT.
• Propose pragmatic solutions under tight timelines and constraints.
• Challenge solutions to safeguard compliance and long-term sustainability.
