Get Talent is seeking a QA professional to perform manual and automated testing for Web & Mobile solutions in an Agile environment. The role focuses on end-to-end testing, performance tests, and APM setup, with 1x/week on-site location in Brussels and extension possibilities.

You will collaborate with business, solution architects and developers to ensure correct delivery, write automated tests in OutSystems, and contribute to test planning from project start.

Responsabilités

• Perform manual tests during and after development by the team you are a member of, testing various scenarios and reporting bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Create automated end-to-end tests for functionalities developed in OutSystems.
• Create and perform performance tests and application monitoring tests before each production release.
• From project start, contribute to defining tests, scenarios, automated tests and APM.
• Work closely with business, solution architect and developers to ensure correct delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align task priorities and explain technical improvements.
• Propose technical improvements and defend them before the solution architect.
• Support developers with functional testing.
• Write automated tests and deliver API-level APM tests.
• Perform load and performance tests and analyze integrations with other systems.
• Develop technical design from functional analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure to install and monitor applications.
• Document test scenarios clearly and concisely.

Context

• Performing manual tests our Web & Mobile solutions during and after development by the development teams.
• Building and developing automated tests for our functionalities.
• Setting up APM tests.
• Working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• You will perform manual tests during and after the development of applications and functionalities by the development team of which you are a member. You will test various scenarios and actively look for bugs and/or opportunities to improve the applications. You will provide developers with detailed information about identified bugs so they can reproduce your findings.
• You will create automated end-to-end tests for the functionalities developed by your team in OutSystems.
• You will create and perform performance tests and application monitoring tests that must be carried out or configured before each production release.
• From the outset of every new project, you will contribute to defining and developing tests, test scenarios, automated tests and APM.
• The Scrum methodology is used to develop the solution. In this context, you will work closely with the business, solution architect and developers to ensure that the functionalities are delivered correctly.

Tasks and deliverables

• You will communicate efficiently with the various stakeholders—including business/functional analysts and the solution architect—to ensure that task priorities are perfectly understood.
• You will be able to make technical improvement proposals and defend them before the solution architect.
• You will support developers with functional testing.
• You will write automated tests.
• You will deliver APM tests for each application, down to API level.
• You will perform load and performance tests.
• You will analyse integrations with other parties and systems.
• Based on a functional analysis, you will be able to develop the technical design.
• You will work with infrastructure team members to install the applications and monitor their operation.
• You will thoroughly document your test scenarios without getting lost in unnecessary detail.
