act digital is seeking a senior IT administrator responsible for maintaining the technical applications used for maintenance and diagnosis across multiple train types. The role requires deep expertise in infrastructure, AD, Intune/SCCM, Azure, and scripting to support a large fleet and complex software packaging workflows.

You will collaborate with technical teams, business units, and management to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic transportation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent by experience.
• 10+ years in similar environments with large-scale endpoints and software.
• Experience packaging software (EXE, MSI, MSIX) with InstallShield or WISE.
• MCSA, MCSE, MCSD certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French at C2 level.

DESCRIPTION

Maintenance of all technical applications that are used for maintenance and diagnosis of different train types.

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

Evidence of compliance with requested skills (criteria) needs to be provided in CV.

• Knowledge level = Bachelor (or equal by experience)
• Working experience in big environments (with at least 100.000 endpoints → laptops, desktops) and 1000> softwares
• Managing environments with packaging of software (EXE, MSI, MSIX,…) by using the available toolset (InstallShield, WISE)
• Relevant working experience in the same function & likewise environments for at least 10 years
• Certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCSD)
• Fluent (C2-level) in minimum one of these 3 languages (English or Dutch or French)

• In depth expertise of infrastructure Stack (OS, virtualisation, imaging, deployment, scripting & management toolset) based on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android and IOS technology
• In depth expertise of Active Directory (understand/configure/maintain domains, trees, forests, trusts, groups, users, OU’s, sites,…), LDAP, GPO
• In depth expertise of Intune/SCCM
• Broad expertise of Azure (static groups, dynamic groups, license assignment,…)
• Broad expertise of networking like TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP
• Broad expertise of Applicatie virtualisatie (AppV)
• Broad expertise of Oracle VM VirtualBox
• Broad expertise of scripting (Powershell, VBscript)
