Smappee is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Software & Integrations to join our Customer Service team at HQ in Belgium. You will help certified installers and partners by phone, email and our ticketing system, focusing gradually on software, connectivity and integrations within our AC charging portfolio.

You bring a proactive mindset, solid IT/software fundamentals and a passion for solving technical problems.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Able to translate technical information into clear guidance.
Willing to learn APIs, protocols and integrations.
Comfortable communicating by phone, email and tickets.
Knowledge of IP networks and IoT concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide technical support to installers and partners during installation, configuration and use of Smappee solutions.
Troubleshoot software, connectivity and integration issues.
Investigate connected systems, networks, devices, configurations, logs and errors.
Support Energy Management System applications and integrations with external platforms.
Resolve technical cases independently where possible and escalate complex issues with the appropriate context.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Engineers and R&D to identify recurring issues and improve knowledge sharing.
