DEV@WORK BV is seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to join their dynamic team in Ghent, Belgium. This role involves developing innovative digital solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, as well as strong problem-solving skills. English is required, and knowledge of Dutch or French will be considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Django, or Laravel.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be open to work in Ghent, Belgium 4 days a week in the office.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
• Develop both front-end and back-end solutions
• Communicate with clients to understand their pain points and offer solutions
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness across all platforms
• Work with cloud services and databases
• Be a leader in your field, and help others grow with you

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience
• Experience with React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks
• Solid knowledge of Node.js, Django, Laravel, or other back-end technologies
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of version control systems (git or others)
• Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to master technologies/tools on request
• Understanding of Enterprise Level Architectures
• English speaking, Dutch or French are strong assets
• Be open to be working in Ghent, Belgium 4 days a week in the office

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small teams
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Knowledge of CMS Solutions (Drupal, WordPress and others)
