Job summary

The Crew SA is seeking a hands-on Content Creator to craft platform-specific content, from Reels to captions, collaborating with our art director, copywriters and account managers to make brands shine online.

You’ll stay ahead of social trends, analyze performance, and contribute creative ideas while maintaining brand voice. Hybrid work and a flexible schedule are offered, with a vibrant, dog-friendly office culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advertising or related field.
• Portfolio or examples of creative work (personal projects acceptable).
• Strong writing and visual sense with attention-grabbing content.
• Familiar with digital culture, trends and formats.
• Preferably bilingual NL/FR, but NL/EN is fine (NL is a must).
• Proactive, curious and collaborative attitude.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to learn, experiment, and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on ongoing and campaign projects.
• Stay on top of social trends, hooks, formats and storytelling techniques.
• Analyze content performance and propose optimisations.
• Participate in brainstorms and propose brand-appropriate ideas.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
• Research topics/audiences to craft culturally relevant stories.
• Create structured PPT presentations and present ideas backed by insights.
