Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; strong written communication.
• 1+ year backend experience with Python and FastAPI.
• 2+ years frontend development with React (Next.js is a plus).
• 2+ years backend services with Node.js (NestJS a strong plus).
• 1+ year Node.js headless CMS with TypeScript a plus.
• Experience deploying services in the Cloud and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SitecoreAI is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Migrate an existing platform to SitecoreAI and maintain it.
• Conduct regular code reviews focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Optimize platform performance via caching, DB tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.
• Strengthen observability with monitoring and logging (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Monitor).
• Define and adopt SLA/OLA, incident and change management processes.
• Document all technical and security changes per governance and audit requirements.
• Support the migration project to SitecoreAI and collaborate with DevOps and IT Security teams.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on an in-house platform displaying some projects of the Group. This platform will need to be migrated to a new Content Management System, and also support and maintain the platform. You will collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and IT Security teams to implement secure coding practices, improve platform performance, and ensure full compliance with the internal security policies.

Responsibilities

Migration of an existing platform to SitecoreAI

Conduct regular code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

Optimize platform performance through caching, database tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.

Strengthen observability by enhancing monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Monitor or similar application).

Participate in the definition and adoption of SLA/OLA, incident, and change management processes.

Document all technical and security changes following the internal governance and audit requirements.

Support the project team, currently working on a migration to SitecoreAI.

Ideal Profile

You are able to speak, read and write fluently English and French or Dutch. Strong documentation and communication in English.

1+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python together with FastAPI.

2+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React (experience working with NextJS is beneficial).

2+ years of Experience developing backend services using NodeJS (NestJS is a strong plus)

1+ year of experience with Node.JS headless CMS (TypeScript is a strong plus)

Experience with deploying services in the Cloud.

Experience with DevOps and setting up of pipelines

Experience working with SitecoreAI is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
