Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution of international silo and heavy industrial projects. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, assembly teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and installation standards.

You will monitor progress, costs, and planning while reviewing technical documentation and managing site mobilization. Travel is 100% internationally, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction, silo projects, steel structures, or large-scale installation.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of HSE/QSHE requirements.
• Able to read technical drawings and follow installation methods.

Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Experience in industrial construction, silo projects, steel structures, or large-scale installation.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

• Structured, hands-on, assertive, and solution-oriented.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
• Willing to travel 100% internationally, Monday–Friday.
