As a Site Superintendent for Civil Works, you'll take responsibility for the on-site execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with your team, you’ll coordinate daily activities, manage resources, and help resolve operational challenges.

Your Task

• Oversee daily site activities and guide teams to meet project targets.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Prepare reports when plans or execution deviate from expectations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to avoid planning conflicts.
• Support efficient planning through Lean meetings and continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with VCA and ISO procedures at all times.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in construction or equivalent experience in infrastructure projects.
• Around 3 years’ hands-on experience in civil works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
• Able to take responsibility and encourage accountability across all project levels.
• Solid technical background with good MS Office skills (MS Project is a plus).
