Pluxee Belgium is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Platform Operations professional to help build and operate a modern, cloud-first environment. You will automate tasks, manage Azure-based platforms, and collaborate across security, network, and application teams to improve reliability and observability.

The role requires 3+ years in infrastructure or cloud operations, hands-on Azure experience, and strong scripting skills. A hybrid work model is offered to enable collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting.

• Support and improve Azure and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Manage and optimise Windows and Linux environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Ensure services remain secure, stable and available.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and Python.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and runbooks.
• Improve provisioning, patching, monitoring and maintenance processes.
• Help standardize and simplify infrastructure operations.
• Monitor platform health, performance and availability.
• Support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Improve observability, alerting and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to increase resilience and reduce recurring issues.
• Work with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Promote automation and operational excellence across the organization.

As part of the Infrastructure & Platforms team, you will help build and operate a modern, secure and increasingly cloud‑first infrastructure landscape.

You’ll play a key role in automating operational activities, improving platform reliability, supporting Azure adoption and reducing manual work across our environment.

What you'll do

Cloud & Platform Operations

• Support and improve our Azure and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Manage and optimise Windows and Linux environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

• Automate operational tasks using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and Git.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and operational runbooks.

• Help standardize and simplify infrastructure operations.

Reliability & Monitoring

• Monitor platform health, performance and availability.
• Support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Improve observability, alerting and operational dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to increase resilience and reduce recurring issues.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Promote automation, standardization and operational excellence across the organization.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering or platform operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting.

Technical Skills

• PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and/or Python
• Git and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Monitoring and observability platforms
• ServiceNow and Jira are an advantage
• Knowledge of VMware or hybrid‑cloud environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• English is required.
• Dutch and/or French are a strong advantage.
