Pluxee Belgium is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Platform Operations professional to help build and operate a modern, cloud-first environment. You will automate tasks, manage Azure-based platforms, and collaborate across security, network, and application teams to improve reliability and observability.

The role requires 3+ years in infrastructure or cloud operations, hands-on Azure experience, and strong scripting skills. A hybrid work model is offered to enable collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting.

Responsabilités

• Support and improve Azure and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Manage and optimise Windows and Linux environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Ensure services remain secure, stable and available.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and Python.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and runbooks.
• Improve provisioning, patching, monitoring and maintenance processes.
• Help standardize and simplify infrastructure operations.
• Monitor platform health, performance and availability.
• Support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Improve observability, alerting and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to increase resilience and reduce recurring issues.
• Work with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Promote automation and operational excellence across the organization.
