Site Handover Coordinator Role Overview

Responsible for coordinating system completion, documentation, and handover from construction to commissioning, ensuring readiness and alignment with the project schedule.

Location: Seraing, Belgium

Contract Length: 7 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and track systems to Mechanical Completion (MC)
• Coordinate between construction, commissioning, document control, and client
• Manage system-based handover and pre-commissioning readiness
• Ensure completion and submission of QA/QC documentation and dossiers
• Organise walkdowns and manage punch lists to closure
• Report progress, risks, and delays to the Commissioning Manager

Key Requirements

• Experience in EPC or industrial projects
• Background in commissioning, QA/QC, or construction coordination
• Strong understanding of MC and system handovers
• Experience with completions systems (CMS, WinPCS, PIMS)
• Strong organisation and stakeholder coordination skills
