Job Vacancy | Site Foreman - Facade Renovation

Location: Belgium / Netherlands (projects across the Benelux)

ANIRED Group is a multidisciplinary company operating across Benelux and wider Europe, delivering integrated solutions in Construction, Facade and Renovation.

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Foreman (Facade Renovation) to strengthen our operational teams across Benelux projects.

The role involves supervising facade renovation works, managing installation teams, and ensuring the works are delivered in a safe, correct and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site facade renovation activities (cladding, insulation, fenestration, coatings, and repair works)
• Coordinate and monitor the work of installation teams and subcontractors
• Organize site logistics, materials, and daily work planning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
• Communicate and report daily progress to site management
• Serve as the key contact between site operatives, supervisors and engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience in facade renovation or construction site supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and detail layouts
• Solid understanding of safety standards and site procedures
• Technical knowledge of facade systems such as: Aluminium and PVC windows/doors, Glazing and curtain walling, Composite / GFRC cladding, Insulation and waterproofing systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel,and similar softwares.
• Valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Additional certificates (preferred): forklift, telehandler, rigging/slinging, working at height, MEWP
• Driving license (B)
• Languages: English (required) + Dutch or French (preferred)
• Willingness to commute or temporarily relocate for projects across the Benelux
