Loop Earplugs is seeking a Web Developer to own storefront features end-to-end on Shopify, integrating tools and implementing CRO variations to scale the ecommerce experience.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across teams, building maintainable code, and documenting systems to empower others. The role emphasizes AI-informed workflows and a strong foundation in web fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of web development experience with hands-on ecommerce work.
• Strong HTML, JavaScript and CSS fundamentals.
• Experience with Shopify platform and theme development.
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup across Antwerp/Amsterdam.

Responsabilités

• Own storefront features end-to-end, including Shopify theme, templates, integrations, and post-release support.
• Refine tickets in 2-week sprints, turning requests into clear, well-scoped technical tickets.
• Style with Tailwind based on Figma designs using our design system.
• Use AI coding tools judiciously as part of your workflow, knowing when to go deeper.
• Stay current with Shopify updates and ecommerce trends and translate insights into action.
• Own accessibility (WCAG) and Core Web Vitals on the surfaces you touch.
