BAVET in Belgium is seeking a Shiftleader to manage the room during service, ensuring a memorable guest experience and guiding Room Staff, Students, Extras & Flexis. You thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, bring previous hospitality experience, and embrace teamwork, proactive communication, and a positive, organized approach to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time role with a dynamic schedule in a growing company.

Responsabilités

• Provide a memorable customer experience as the daily mission.
• Be a real team player and create a pleasant yet productive working environment; focus on efficiency, quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor new job students and room staff and direct them where necessary.
• Keep stock under control and ensure sufficiency at all times.
• Learn and improve daily; adapt to the evolving BAVET environment.

Job Description

Within BAVET, a great customer experience is key. As Shiftleader, you are the hospitality hero par excellence and take charge of the room during service. Together with the team, you watch over the perfect 'saucy' customer experience for every customer. You will ensure everything runs smoothly operationally and be the point of contact for Room Staff, Students, Extras & Flexis.

Responsibilities

• You are a real team player who pays due attention to creating a pleasant yet productive working environment for your team. Efficiency, quality & cleanliness are crucial here
• You monitor new job students and room staff and direct them where necessary
• You keep a close eye on the stock and make sure it is sufficient at all times
• Every day you learn and work to improve. The BAVET environment is constantly evolving, so your daily goal is to do a little better than the day before!

Job Requirements
