• Maintain a pleasant, productive working environment for the team; prioritize efficiency, quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor and guide new job students and room staff as needed.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and ensure sufficiency at all times.
• Ensure the restaurant shines front and back of house with high hygiene standards.
• Act as a waste warrior to minimize waste.

• You are a real team player who pays due attention to creating a pleasant yet productive working environment for your team. Efficiency, quality & cleanliness are crucial here
• You monitor new job students and room staff and direct them where necessary
• You keep a close eye on the stock and make sure it is sufficient at all times
• You make the restaurant shine both in front of and behind the scenes. Hygiene, quality and cleanliness are crucial to you! ;
• You are a true waste warrior ;
