Ctrl-F Nv in Belgium seeks a dedicated Team Lead to drive a high-performing team. You will coach staff, foster collaboration, and ensure targets are met while maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment.

You will coach training and knowledge sharing, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal departments to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the operation.

• Track department performance using KPIs and translate insights into improvements.
