Zusammenfassung

HumanInTech is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, build, maintain and improve applications that support the organisation's finance processes. The role spans roughly three months of effort per year, with a hybrid work arrangement in Ghent.

You will collaborate with financial services teams to translate requirements into reliable IT solutions, ensuring scalable and accurate financial workflows in a complex environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have expert knowledge of Power Platform and SharePoint administration.
• Experience with Sharegate and BPMN.
• Strong Agile practice and Scrum/PRINCE2 certifications.
• Experience developing and maintaining software systems for financial processes.
• Experience with invoicing, accounting, payroll, reporting or budgeting applications.
• Experience in environments with large user bases where financial accuracy matters.

What you will do

You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and improving software applications that support the finance function of the organisation. Your work will be spread across the year, totalling approximately three months of effort annually, depending on needs and ongoing projects.

You will work closely with the financial services teams and other internal stakeholders to translate their requirements into reliable and user-friendly IT solutions. You will contribute to ensuring correct, efficient and scalable financial processes within a complex organisational environment, without compromising the continuity of existing systems.

• Expert-level knowledge of Power Platform
• Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint administration
• Expert-level knowledge of Sharegate
• Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Expert-level knowledge of BPMN
• Certified Scrum expertise
• PRINCE2 expertise
• Experience with the development and maintenance of software systems supporting financial processes
• Experience working on applications that support finance functions such as invoicing, accounting, payroll processing, reporting or budget monitoring
• Experience working in an environment with large user numbers where financial accuracy and continuity are crucial

The setting

This assignment runs for 35 months and starts as soon as possible. The work regime will be agreed in mutual consultation. The role is based in Ghent with a hybrid working arrangement.

Interviews, if scheduled, will take place on 20 October from 13:00 and on 21 October between 12:00 and 15:00.
