KNAPP Benelux B.V. is looking for a Service Technician in Vilvoorde to maintain and repair their advanced automated warehouse systems. This challenging role involves troubleshooting, acting as a customer contact, and ensuring positive cooperation.

Applicants should have a TSO level in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills in French and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Independently detecting and solving faults, and working with the latest high-tech developments, that is what energises you as a service technician at KNAPP Benelux! In Vilvoorde, you will work in a small team with one other colleague, but you will also work closely with the customer’s technicians. You also get the space to develop further, both technically and personally. Will you become our new colleague?

As a service technician, you will have a versatile and challenging role in which you will be responsible for maintaining our automated warehouse system. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

• Maintain and repair our advanced installations (60% mechanical, 40% electrical) on site, including storage and picking systems and countless kilometers of conveyors.
• Inventory, identify and solve(technical) problems and optimize equipment.
• Acting as a recognizable first point of contact for the customer and making the right considerations between the customer’s interests and those of KNAPP;
• Contributing to a positive climate and ensuring good cooperation.
• Continuous learning and development, both technical and personal, to get the best out of yourself every day and grow into the role that suits you perfectly.
