Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role focuses on keeping the restaurant line clean, training crew, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

You will be on your feet, supervise line operations, support shifts, and help develop future Service Leaders while promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, daily safety checklist.
