Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the Service department, ensuring quality target and repeatable performances.
• Staff the team, define strategy and execute tasks delivering per QCD commitments.
• Develop and stabilize best practices, deploying Alstom-wide.
• Lead continuous team improvement, coaching and skill development.
• Deliver solutions for actionable performance metrics and improved data credibility.
