TCrew is seeking a Senior Business & Service Designer to shape large-scale digital experiences in Brussels. You’ll explore new service opportunities, transform insights into validated concepts, and collaborate across UX/UI, product, and technology teams.
The role spans discovery to validated MVP concepts, with a strong emphasis on customer research, journey mapping, and business cases. A hybrid work model is offered in Brussels.
We are looking for an experienced Business & Service Designer to join a large-scale digital environment in Brussels.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer experience, innovation and business strategy — taking an initial challenge or opportunity and turning it into a validated, commercially sound service concept.
What will you be working on?
You will help teams explore new service opportunities and rethink existing customer experiences, from early discovery through to a validated concept ready for implementation.

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
You should be comfortable managing a design initiative from discovery through validation, rather than focusing exclusively on UX/UI execution.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in:
Experience with collaborative design tools such as Miro, Mural or FigJam is expected.
Being comfortable working with data and interpreting customer or business metrics is important. Exposure to analytics and research platforms such as Tableau, Qualtrics, MicroStrategy or similar tools is an advantage.
What kind of person will succeed in this role?
We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
You can challenge assumptions, structure ambiguous problems and communicate complex ideas in a simple and visual way. At the same time, you understand that a great customer experience also needs to be technically achievable and commercially sustainable.
You should be comfortable influencing senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders and bringing different perspectives together around a shared direction.

Working model: Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week onsite
Seniority: Senior – 5+ years of relevant experience
Languages: Fluent English + French or Dutch
Previous experience within telecommunications, digital services or another large service-oriented organisation is considered an advantage.
