BNP Paribas Fortis in Brussels is seeking a Web Infrastructure Architect to design, secure and optimize enterprise-grade web infrastructure powering our digital platforms. You’ll work with DevOps, Security and Development teams to push scalability, resilience and cloud modernization.

Role emphasizes mentoring, proactive problem solving and cost-aware architecture. Fluent English is required; French/Dutch is a plus. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with web security tools (F5 WAF, ISVA, API Gateway, HSM, OAuth2, TLS).
• Proficient in performance troubleshooting using APM, logs, and traces.
• Strong incident analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design high-performance, scalable web infrastructure.
• Define reference architectures to standardize building, deploying, and securing web apps.
• Debug incidents using APM tools, logs, and traces and fix root causes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security and Development teams.
• Mentor the team and drive cost-efficiency and modernization.
• Lead cloud migration and optimization while managing costs and risks.
