Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer for a client at the EU Institutions in Brussels. You will translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible UI solutions that align with project goals.

Collaborate with UX Analysts and Accessibility Experts, create and maintain a design system, and prototype responsive interfaces for web and mobile while guiding handoff to development teams.

Qualifications

• Must translate business and user requirements into intuitive UI designs.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficient with design systems and creating reusable components.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO basics.
• Fluent in English and/or French; ability to work in multilingual teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and prototype responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX Analysts and Accessibility Experts.
• Create and maintain a design system with tokens and components.
• Prepare developer handoff deliverables and ensure faithful implementation.
• Illustrate data visuals and infographics as needed.
