HumanInTech is seeking an experienced UX designer in Brussels for a three-month assignment in a public-sector setting. You will design user-friendly interfaces, maintain the design system, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, inclusive solutions.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, full-time engagement, and the opportunity to influence projects from research through to implementation within a public-service environment.
As an experienced UX designer, you will design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites for a Belgian public-sector organisation.
You will pay particular attention to maintaining and developing the design system. You will ensure that components, patterns and guidelines remain consistent, accessible and up to date, and you will support teams in using them correctly.

This assignment runs for three months, starting as soon as possible and ending on 31 December 2026. The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid working arrangement. You will work full-time in a public-sector environment where accessibility and user-centred design are priorities.
