Job summary

Consort Group in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Senior Test Manager / Test Coordinator to oversee testing across insurance projects. You will collaborate with business analysts, IT and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery, combining leadership with hands-on testing.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Test Management, Test Coordination or Test Lead.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies, processes and tools.
• Experience coordinating functional testing teams on multiple projects.
• Comfort with both test management and hands-on testing activities.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software testing, particularly for planning and preparation.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Senior Test Manager / Test Coordinator (M/F)

This is your mission

As a Senior Test Manager, you will coordinate and oversee testing activities across different projects within the insurance sector.

You will work closely with business analysts, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of applications and the successful delivery of projects.

Your responsibilities
