Cognizant Belgium is seeking a senior TDM Architect to own end-to-end test data management architecture for a high-profile banking engagement. You will lead synthetic data generation, masking, provisioning, and cross-system referential integrity in complex banking environments.

You will drive governance, AS-IS to TO-BE roadmaps, and collaborate with data architects, test leads, and delivery teams to ensure GDPR compliance and shift-left testing in a hybrid on-site role in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data or test data management with hands-on TDM ownership across large-scale programs.
• Hands-on expertise with TDM tooling such as Broadcom/CA TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim or GenRocket.
• Deep expertise in synthetic data generation, masking, anonymization, subsetting, and cross-system referential integrity.
• Strong SQL and data modelling capabilities with RDBMS depth across Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, and/or SQL Server.
• Scripting and automation proficiency in Python, Java, or shell scripting with API-based data provisioning.
• GDPR and data privacy expertise with a proven track record of handling sensitive financial data.
• Banking domain experience, preferably in payments or core banking.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define the TDM strategy, architecture, and target operating model across environments and deliver a phased adoption roadmap.
• Design synthetic test data generation with referential integrity and business rule enforcement across multiple databases.
• Define masking and anonymization approaches, including hybrid synthetic/masked data models aligned to GDPR and governance standards.
• Build end-to-end test data provisioning for complex end-to-end flows ensuring data consistency from source to reporting tables.
• Reduce acceptance environment dependency by enabling on-demand data provisioning for faster testing.
• Establish TDM governance including data subsetting, refresh cycles, coverage, and data-asset QA.
• Assess current TDM landscape, produce effort estimates, and lead stakeholders from AS-IS to TO-BE.
