Editx is seeking a Senior Test & Test Environment Lead in Brussels to define and manage the testing strategy for complex IT projects. The role involves leading testing activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and liaising with various teams for successful deployments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk management, continuous improvement, and serves as the main point of contact for quality-related topics. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in managing testing environments and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in defining and executing testing strategies for IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams and coach test analysts.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the overall test strategy for medium to large-scale projects.
• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of all testing activities.
• Ensure test environments are ready and support successful testing and deployments.
• Coordinate production deployments and provide post-release support.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate testing and quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Investigate complex quality issues across applications and infrastructure.
• Act as the main point of contact for testing activities and quality issues.
• Coach Test Analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.
