Abakus IT-Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join a dynamic Agile team and contribute to scalable digital solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain automated testing across the software lifecycle to ensure high quality deliveries.

The role requires strong Java-based automation with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Gherkin, plus solid experience in CI/CD and ISTQB practices. English fluency is essential; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 6 years of test automation experience.
Strong expertise in: Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Gherkin, Maven, Git, Jenkins.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; ISTQB knowledge.
Excellent English; French or Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

Design and maintain automated testing strategies.
Develop automation scripts using Java with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber and Gherkin.
Create test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and non-functional testing.
Execute automated campaigns, analyze results, and document defects clearly.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize automation opportunities.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Debug scripts and troubleshoot across environments.
Design robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Maintain testing process documentation and results.
Ensure ISTQB best practices and standards.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile team.
